| Mel Albert has developed a unique perspective on Family Law after more than twenty-eight years' practice before the Juvenile, Probate, District and Superior Courts.
As a Public Defender in Child Abuse and Neglect, Civil Commitment, Guardianship and Anti-Psychotic Medication cases, along with a private practice in Guardianship, Divorce and Delinquency, Mel has tried cases in many courts and Administrative Law settings.
Working on Public Agency Appeals, Special Education and Social Service cases, Melvin Albert knows how Administrative hearings, in municipal, state and Federal forums, require specialized knowledge of different governmental agencies.

With more than thirty-five years' experience coaching public speaking in a variety of settings, he brings his enthusiasm for reaching out and involving audiences of all ages to his teaching and modeling better presentation skills. Melvin Albert has served as speech judge and coach statewide and nationally and as parliamentarian and judge at student congresses. He is certified as a Federal Child Support and Paternity trainer as well as a Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination trainer.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team, Social Workers, Psychologists, Physicians, Accountants, Financial Planners and other professionals, Mel Albert provides customized trainings for audiences of all sizes and professions. Interactive training sessions reach audience members' various learning styles by utilizing, when appropriate, visuals, music, manipulatives, candy and fragrances.
